Mark Davis

Born and raised in Melbourne to a British mother and Australian father, Mark was a highly regarded National hockey player. He studied at the Victorian College of The Arts and 16th Street Acting studio under some of Australia's finest acting teachers and then went on to train in New York with Larry Moss and Susan Batson.


Mark was a founding ensemble member at Q44 Theatre Company where he performed in critical acclaimed productions of Lyle Kessler's 'Orphans' playing the mentally stunted and child like ‘Phillip’ and Sam Shepard's womanising alcoholic cowboy ‘Eddie’ in 'Fool For Love’.


His screen credits include playing Steven in 'Shakuntala Devi' (Genius Films Limited, 2020), Danny in short film 'God Grant Me' (2020) and Australian hit TV shows; ‘Winners and Losers’ (Seven Network), ‘Offspring’ (Southern Star) and the award winning short film ‘Lucy’ (Carbine Films) which he wrote and produced. His most recent work includes a production of Geoffrey Nauffts ‘Next Fall’ (Off Chapel) and short film ‘Fallen’ (Impel Pictures), a WW1 drama set during the battle of Mont Saint-Quentin.
